Kickboxing For Fitness

Nutrition Advice And Healtexcel Advanced Metabolic Typing

No single diet is right for everyone. Metabolic typing creates a customised nutritional program for everyone based on each persons genetic makeup. looking into how our bodies are designed to eat. Everybody's metabolism is unique and using metabolic typing we can identify foods that work best for you.

Food Intolerance Testing

Food Detective is test which measures IgG antibodies to 59 specific foods and provides results within 40 minutes.
